I did a solar air conditioner project when I lived in Phoenix AZ. I cooled my house for three years, but had to move to Oregon where the sun doesn’t shine and it doesn’t get hot.
My system was less than $3000, had only a couple moving parts, was automatic, low tech, etc.
The big problem was it was based on R12 which is considered by some lying SOBs to be not politically correct.
Butane would work just as good, but I wouldn’t want it to escape into my house.
I did this in the 80s and There was so much big dollar competition based on plitics that I had to drop it

If you are asking at the source i.e., at the sun, it would be helium and other larger molecules which are formed from the progressive nuclear fusion of smaller atoms staring with Hydrogen atoms as the raw material. But I really doubt if they can be called “waste” as traditionally “waste” is something “undesirable” created by a man-made process – the fusion happening in the Sun is not a man-made process, neither can we term the fusion products as “undesirable” from human perspective.
If you are talking of waste products generated by “using” solar energy on the earth, well there are literally none during the usage of solar energy. However, the wastes generated during manufacture of the solar cells/panels and their support apparatus like circuit boards/batteries/invertors and during their maintenance are indirectly wastes generated by using solar energy. Also, the gases/radiation expelled by the solar cells/panels and the support apparatus during their life-time can be termed as “wastes” as well.

Solar Thermochemical Decomposition of Waste Plastics to Useful Fuel $73.31 Global warming and diminishing energy supplies are two major current concerns. Disposal of plastic wastes is also a major concern. The aim of this work is to address these three concerns by developing a solar powered process, using waste plastics as fuel to generate energy. Research into solar concentrators for thermochemical processes and pyrolysis/gasification of waste plastics has been separately reported in the literature. In this study we bring these fields of research together to understand design aspects of solar receiver-reactor suitable for the production of a synthesis gas consisting of hydrogen from waste plastics. In this book, studies of plastic decomposition behaviour using the thermal analysis method called thermogravimetric analysis is presented. Also presented are studies on solar concentrators and their potential to be used for thermochemical processes. The thermal decomposition behaviour of common plastics, namely low density polyethylene (LDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and polyvinyl chloride (PET), were studied and the kinetic parameters for decomposition determined. You’d set it up in much the same way that you’d set up a grid connected home, just that you’d have an inverter powering the set-up.

If you want to run on solar power you’ll need some kind of backup for night, batteries work OK for small scales although you’ll need to replace them every so often (especially if you act like you’re still on a grid) although having a grid connection might not be such a bad idea to just run off the grid at night (probably cheaper too).
