solar lanterns hanging

I have some solar lawn lanterns and need short metal stakes to hang them on.?
I purchased Malibu solar lawn lanterns and they work great but the stakes they came with a cheap plastic and after one year, most are broke. What can I use as replacements or where can I buy STURDY replacement hooks??
I’ve also seen short sheppards hooks at JoAnn Fabrics, AC Moore, and Michaels craft stores. If you sign up for their newsletters, they will also send you percentage off coupons, which would make them very affordable.

Millions of people love to show off their backyards and other portions of their landscape. They will research all of their options. They will design the flower beds, the trees and shrubs as well as fences (stone or otherwise). One of the final touches that they will contemplate is the proper lighting for their masterpiece.
Let us face facts, without proper lighting your perfectly manicured landscape will only be able to be appreciated during the daylight hours. So the would-be landscape designers will then start researching their lighting options. Many will focus on different types of wall lanterns in order to illuminate their yard as well as provide some security in certain areas. Given that energy costs are at an all time high these days, homeowners naturally gravitate to the option of solar wall lanterns. These lanterns are discovered to provide the same light as the more traditional wired alternatives

Help with a simple outdoor solar lighting system?
Hello, I want to have some light on my shed.
I was thinking on solar lighting. I have a 8xAA rechargeable battery from a toy car and I’m going to buy a solar panel, what kind do I need?
Do I need something else? What is a “solar panel controller”?
How I connect everything? What kind of bulbs are better?
Lots of questions! Thanks for your help!
Stephanie.

Solar powered landscape lighting is becoming very popular these days and was even featured on Good Morning America, August 28, 2008. There is really no reason to use traditional wired landscape lighting unless there are areas of the garden that just do not get enough sunlight. Solar lighting is powered by the sun and must have some sunlight in order to operate properly. Five hours of sunlight is usually enough to keep the battery charged and ready for operation come nightfall. The lights use a photoelectric cell that turns them on at dusk and off in the morning.
Solar Lights are made from a variety of materials, such as plastic, metal or stainless steel. The lighting mechanism is almost always LED lights. LEDs (Light Emitting Diode) are quite bright, draw very little current and last a very long time, typically up to 50,000 hours. There is a battery to store the
