These panels cleverly convert the suns light into electricity. The cells are usually made up of layers of a semiconductor called Silicon. When exposed to light a DC electrical charge is generated. India and China have signed an initial agreement that will increase cooperation on issues of climate change.
A Joint Working Group (JWG) will hold meetings every year to discuss policies, measures and implementation of related cooperative projects.
The JWG is part of the steps of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to boost cooperation on climate change issues signed by environment minister Jairam Ramesh and China’s vice chairman of National Development and Reform Commission Xie Zhenhua.
The MoA is the first of its kind for both. Besides the JWG, the agreement also requires annual meetings of scientists and economists and joint research and development programs in areas of solar and wind energy, coal technology and forestry, reports The Times of India has reported.
“There is no difference between the Indian and Chinese negotiating positions and we are discussing further what the two countries should be doing for a successful outcome at Copenhagen,” Ramesh was quoted by

System is fully automated now. New Exeltech 1100 watt pure sine wave inverter, low voltage disconnect, automatic transfer switch between the inverter power and grid power. Nothing to do now but monitor the system and count the money I am saving. System now is averahing a little better than 1 KW a day in output. Need more solar panels.
