sidereal year solar year

Which kind of year do we use for our year: an anomalistic, a solar/tropical/equinoctial, or a sidereal year?
Although they are all 365 days, the difference is in a matter of hours or seconds.WHICH ONE?
anomalistic: 365 days 6 hrs 13 min 53 sec
tropical/equinoctial/solar: 365 days 5 hrs 48 min 46 sec
sidereal: 365 days 6 hrs 9 min and 9.54 sec
For the purpose of counting years for centuries we do NOT use the anomalistic year, we do NOT use the sidereal year. The first two answers are just guesswork.
We use the tropical year. This is the time it takes from spring equinox to spring equinox. If we would use any other length of year the point of spring would slowly drift into another month over the centuries.
The length of a mean tropical year is 365.24219 days.
The anomalistic year is from perihelion to perihelion and is 365.259 635 864 days
The sidereal

Facts About Nuclear Power: Living With The Atom (1957) $9.99 What is atomic energy? We tend to think of atomic energy as a new concept revolutionized by the destruction of the atomic bombs that were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. But atomic energy has been around since the dawn of time. This is exemplified by the sun that gives us light and warmth, which is created with atomic energy. But the notion that energy is the equivalent of mass was a radically … |

solar window film review
The thrill of being a home owner is difficult to explain until it has been experienced firsthand. The sense of pride and accomplishment that comes from owning a home is a feeling unto its own. One of the first things that homeowners often immediately do after moving into their home is personalize it with their own furniture and wall art. Even before all their boxes from moving day are unpacked, new homeowners are contemplating furnishing and home improvement projects that they would like to undertake.
For many, home improvement means building a swimming pool in the backyard, including a gazebo, or adding additional rooms to the home. For others, turning a house into a home may mean undergoing a massive outdoor landscaping project or perhaps even remodeling the kitchen. Often, focusing on such large undertakings can overshadow other smaller yet equally important projects that help to make everyday life a richer

Is it logical to say that there is no such thing as time?
We humans over years have produced time based on Solar calculations. How do we know that there is a Space/Time continuum exactly. I always think this because history is only marked by man and nature, not preserved by the universe.
Einstein showed that time must, in some way, be a physical thing, because you can affect how fast you travel through it!
According to his theory, the closer you get to the speed of light, the slower your relative clock goes.
So in a spaceship traveling at 9/10 the speed of light, doing that for 20 years, you would age 20 years – but the people who were stationary, would age 46 years.
This has been observed in particle accelerators – they decay at a known rate, but when accelerated extremely fast, they last
