how do I clean my photovoltaic (solar) panels?
I have flat solar panels (like this http://www.sanyo.com/industrial/solar/index.cfm?productID=1232) mounted on my roof. Even after hosing them down, they still have a fine coating of pollen, etc. I really don’t want to get onto the roof to clean them, so is there anything out there that will help me get them clean from the ground? Or something to make it easier if I do have to get up there?
If yours are covered in glass, like mine, try those window washer thingies that they use in gas stations. I know you will have to climb up there to use them, but it makes it quite easy and quick to clean…

how much do solar panels cost and r thay worth buying?
i wanted to buy solar panels but this guy told me one will just power one light bulb what i want to know is how much thay cost and is it true tat if more power leaves your house than goes in the power company has to send u a cheek

Is it better to mount a solar panel on a vehicle at an angle or flat?
My class is making an electric vehicle and I need to know if it is better to mount a solar panel at an angle or flat on the back of the truck we’re using. Please cite your sources so I can check your information. Thank you.
Much like the Mars rovers, I would lay them flat. The rovers however also have the ability to follow the sun while they are stationary so they can absorb the maximum amount of energy, but I doubt yours will be as complex as NASA’s
